I’m Jessica - a Nurse and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
I support women in building simple, realistic daily habits that help them feel better in their bodies and more supported in everyday life.
I’m also a mom, and I understand how caring for others, managing responsibilities and moving through different seasons of life often means your own needs come last.
My work is rooted in the belief that feeling better in your body doesn’t come from pushing harder or doing more. It comes from slowing down, paying attention, and learning to work with your body instead of against it.
I often support women who feel worn down, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin after years of trying to “do everything right,” especially during seasons of hormonal change, stress, or transition. Together, we focus on nourishment, daily rhythms, and gentle lifestyle shifts that fit real life.
This work isn’t about perfection or quick fixes. It’s about building trust with your body again and finding a steadier, more compassionate way forward.
