For Providers
I am a Licensed Vocational Nurse and health coach offering one-on-one lifestyle and nutrition-focused support designed to complement medical care. My work supports patients in building sustainable daily habits related to nutrition, routine, stress management, and overall lifestyle consistency.
This support reinforces provider recommendations through education, accountability, and practical habit implementation, while patients remain under the care of their primary healthcare provider
Scope of Practice
I provide non-clinical, non-diagnostic support focused on lifestyle and nutrition-related behaviors, including:
nutrition and nourishment habits
daily routines and rhythm-building
stress-aware lifestyle support
body awareness and self-regulation
accountability and behavior change support
I do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical treatment. All clients are encouraged to remain under the care of their primary healthcare provider and to follow medical recommendations as directed.
Appropriate Referrals
This support may be appropriate for patients who:
feel overwhelmed by lifestyle or nutrition recommendations
struggle with consistency, follow-through, or daily structure
are navigating chronic stress or life transitions
would benefit from additional support implementing provider guidance
respond well to a slower, relationship-based approach
This work may be appropriate for both women and men, depending on individual needs and goals
Collaborative Approach
My work is intended to complement medical care, not replace it. I view this support as an extension of provider recommendations, helping patients translate guidance into daily, sustainable practices through education, reflection, and habit support.
When appropriate, I encourage clients to communicate openly with their healthcare providers and to remain engaged in their medical care.
